ROLLINER NG is the second generation of a completely new approach to wire feeding, already. Away from friction in liners, away from abrasion, from fluctuating feeding and from unnecessary maintenance. With ROLLINER feeding occurs through rolls only, shifted by 90° - without any sliding friction. ROLLINER NG has a reduced diameter of 20mm only and may be shortened or lengthened easily – without any tools. The maximum bending radius is 120 mm only and the weight was substantially reduced – ideal for highly dynamic movements.
ROLLINER NG is the ultimate solution for any wire feeding!

Assembling instructions
Wire inlet:
Insert ROLLINER NG into the connection piece. Fasten 3 screws M3x8mm - ready!
Wire outlet:
Cut ROLLINER NG with a sharp knife according to the sketch, insert it into the connection piece, fasten 3 screws M3x8mm - ready!

Wire presence switch

A touchless sensor is available to detect wire presence (Article number 10,1005,01,13). The contact is closed as long as wire is present. The operating voltage is 24 V. The sensor comes with the connection cable (approx. 10m), the plastic block and the sensor switch. Additionally either a screw connection RNG 20 (10,30,1,0004) or a quick connection CRNG 20 (10,30,1,0003) is required.

Bracket SNG20
For the fixation of the ROLLINER NG the bracket SNG20 is available. It my be connected to any surface by a screw M5.

Protective hose for extreme movements
For applications with robotic systems, very fast movements and extreme bending the Rolliner NG may be additionally protected with a cover hose made from PA 12. Clamps and protectors are available as shown on the image.
Usually the protection is required in the area of extreme movements only. The outside diameter is 28.5mm.
Protective hose for extreme environments
In particular for manual welding i.e. in shipyards, pressure vessels, trucks and railway vehicles this cover hose has been developed. It makes it possible to supply manual welders with bulk wire. The hose is step-proof and still flexible. The weight of the Rolliner NG with this protective hose is 600 Gram only. The outer diameter is 27mm.
